He noted that Moscow was increasing the supply of oil, coal and fertilizers to New Delhi. Trade turnover between India and Russia increased by 120%. Putin will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, which will be held on September 15-16 in Samarkand. Then he will meet Chinese leader Xi Jinping, Ushakov said.
