“We received proposals from Ukraine for consideration, their position clearly formulated on inclusion in the agreement. These proposals will be studied soon and will be presented to the President. And our corresponding response will be given,” he said.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, member of the Ukrainian delegation David Arakhamia declared on a new system of security guarantees for Ukraine.
According to him, proposals on an agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine have been submitted to Russia. It should be an international treaty signed by all security guarantors.

The Ukrainian delegation also proposes to record that bilateral negotiations on the status of Crimea and Sevastopol will take place within 15 years. For now, troops will not be used to solve the problem.
