An Indian journalist reports that Russia has warned India to evacuate its citizens from Kharkov before 6:00 p.m. by all means, even on foot.

“The representative of the Indian Foreign Ministry said that the Indian Embassy recommends citizens to leave Kharkiv before 6:00 p.m. The local time has been given ‘based on information from Russia’. He added that they should leave by all means, including “on foot.”says the message.
It should be noted that the main part of the Indian Embassy in Kyiv is now located in a temporary office in Lviv.
“We published this bulletin on the basis of the elements provided by the Russian side. We didn’t pick a time. We did not choose a place: a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
